Accessibility statement
Last updated 8 November 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we've done
- Pages work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "skip to content" link.
- Images have text alternatives, forms have labels, and headings follow a logical order.
- Animations are reduced or removed if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Text can be resized up to 200% without losing content.
Known limitations
- The downloadable catalogue and onboarding pack PDFs are designed for print and are not fully accessible to screen readers. All of their product information is also on this website, and we can send it in another format.
- The racket and kit builders are visual tools. Everything they produce can also be described to us in a message.
Ask for another format or report a problem
If you need information in a different format or find something hard to use, contact us and we'll help.
