What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not store anything you type. The enquiry form, the racket builder and the kit builder run in your browser. When you press send, the form opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message filled in. Nothing is sent to us until you send that message yourself.
Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period and are not used to identify you.
What we collect when you contact us or order
- Your name, and the club, school or business you represent.
- Your contact details: phone or WhatsApp number and email address.
- What you'd like from us: products, quantities, sizes, designs, logos, colours, players' names and numbers, delivery address and dates.
- Order, quote, payment and delivery records.
Kit orders often include players' names. If you send us names for a team, please make sure the people involved, or for under-18s their parents or guardians, are happy for you to share them for printing.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes and mock-ups: steps you have asked us to take before a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To make, deliver and support your order: performance of our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep accounting and tax records: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To follow up on an enquiry or a past order, and to protect our business: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), which we balance against your rights.
We only send marketing messages if you have asked us to, and you can stop them at any time by replying "stop" or telling us.
Who we share it with
- WhatsApp (Meta) or our email provider, when you message us through them.
- Our manufacturing and printing partners, where needed to make your order (for example names, numbers, sizes and artwork).
- Couriers, to deliver your order.
- Our payment provider, accountant and professional advisers, where needed.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become orders: up to 2 years from our last contact.
- Orders, invoices and related records: 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK tax law requires.
- Artwork and design files: kept while you are a customer so you can reorder, and deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy in a portable format. Contact us using the details above and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Children
Our website and services are aimed at adults buying for themselves, a club, school or business. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children.
Changes
We'll update this notice if the way we use information changes, and change the date at the top.
