1. Using this website
This website is run by FITNOW.
Business details: FITNOW.
By using it you accept these terms.- The site describes our products and services. Racket, bag and kit images are design illustrations: final colours, finishes and specifications are confirmed on your quote and mock-up.
- Content on this site, including text, designs, illustrations and the FITNOW name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own use, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.
- We aim to keep the site accurate and available but can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.
2. Quotes and orders
- Prices are not shown on this site. Every order is quoted in writing. A quote sets out the products, specification, price, any deposit, and a delivery date.
- An order is confirmed when you accept our written quote, and, for custom kit, approve the final mock-up and the size and spelling sheet.
- We'll do everything reasonable to meet the delivery date on your quote. If anything outside our control affects it, we'll tell you as soon as we know.
- You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use any logos, crests, names or artwork you send us to print.
3. Custom-made kit
Sublimated kit is made to your design. Once you've approved the mock-up and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, and the right to cancel distance purchases does not apply to goods made to your specifications. This doesn't affect your rights if goods are faulty or don't match what you approved.
4. Free sample sets and sale-or-return rackets
- Clubs may borrow a sample set for the period stated on our site (currently days). Sample sets remain our property; please return them in good condition at the end of the loan.
- Where we agree to supply rackets on sale-or-return, the number of rackets and the return window are set out in your quote. You pay for rackets sold and return unsold, undamaged rackets in their original condition within that window.
5. If you're a consumer
If you buy as an individual, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that these terms don't affect. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. For standard (not custom-made) goods bought at a distance, you can usually cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 by telling us, and return the goods unused.
6. Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. For business customers, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we're not liable for loss of profit, business or revenue.
7. Complaints
If something isn't right, tell us as soon as possible with your order details and photos where relevant. We'll acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK may also bring claims in their local courts.
